The most important phase of the production cycle, the choice of the right materials for the realization of the final composition required and the color to be reproduced. Our technicians, with many years of experience in this work, select the appropriate raw materials, and mixing them together in the due percentages by weight, carry out carding tests to reproduce the exact color and the exact composition. Numerous tests are needed before reaching the right compromise. Visual ability and education in the sensation of color are fundamental for the evaluation of the same which always takes place with the help of cabins with certified standard light. In this phase the production lot number is attributed, unique and unrepeatable that will forever follow the yarn that will be produced. In this way we have the traceability and traceability of the lot, both with an IT and paper management system. All our production is archived in order to create a vast archive of color masters, which can be consulted if necessary. The continuous updating of technical skills is a fundamental aspect for the continuous progress in the quality of our production.
