This manufacturing process, equipped with the latest technology of clearing and winding machinery, is our flagship. The yarn is checked meter by meter, with double clearing technology, paraffin, and packaged on a truncated cone of cardboard. The junction is made with thermo-splicer knotting so that any knots are neither perceptible nor visible. The automatic spindles loading system, and the management by single spindle and single winding head, allows energy savings and resource optimization. The process is fully automated, the operator only monitors correct operation.
