The material selected after sorting is subjected to a double cutting phase in order to create small fragments, and subsequently through the fraying machine, it is frayed and reopened, in order to bring it back from the cut state to a soft and workable fibrous mass with the cards.
The whole process is carried out only mechanically without the aid of any chemical additive, therefore without any environmental impact.
